摘要 小洼油田属于蒸汽吞吐热采开发稠油油田,目前已进入油田开发后期,油井因出砂而导致套管损坏状况非常严重。为了充分挖掘出砂井的油层潜力,现场应用了高温人工井壁防砂技术。但应用中发现,部分油井因填砂量达不到设计量而导致防砂效果严重变差。为此,研制出一种温固型树脂覆膜砂,简化了施工工艺,提高了单井填砂量和防砂效果。该技术已成为小洼油田主导防砂措施之一,为小洼油田产量的稳定提供了技术支撑。 Xiaowa Oilfield is steam flooding thermal recovery thick oilfield, and is in the later development stage. The amount of sand leads to the heavy casing damage. In order to take advantage of the formation potencial in the sand well, high temperature manmade well sandproof technology is applied in site. In the practice, some wells get worse in sandproof because the sand-packing isn' t enough. As a consequence, a kind of resin covered sand is invented, which simplifies operation technology, improves single well sand-packing amount and sandproof result. This technology has become one of the main measures of sandproof, and supplies technology support to the stability of oilfield production.
