摘要 目的:研制一种常压低氧舱,用于低氧试验及入驻高原前的低氧预习服训练.方法:以制氮机为氮源,采用高浓度氮气稀释舱(室)内空气的办法,使舱内空气中的氧浓度从原来的20.9%左右稀释到所需的低氧浓度,创新性地变舱体漏气缺点为优点,建立舱体气体交换模型控制舱内的CO2浓度和维持舱内的O2浓度.结果:设计了大小为5 m×3 m×2.3 m的舱体,模拟海拔高度范围可达0~8 000 m,误差为±25 m.该舱体可满足10人同时进行低氧试验,也可满足4人在低氧状况下进行睡眠试验.舱内CO2体积分数可控制在3000×10-6以内.结论:该舱体设计安全、方便,有望在以后的高原低氧试验中发挥重要的作用. Objective To develop a normobaric hypoxic chamber for hypoxia experiment and hypoxic acclimatization training before entering the plateau.Methods A nitrogen generator was used to lower the oxygen concentration from original 20.9% to the desired concentration.A gas exchange model in the chamber was established to control the concentrations of CO2 and O2.Results The chamber had a size of 5 m×3 m×2.3 m,and the simulated altitudes from 0 m to 800 m with an error of 25 m or so,which could hold 10 persons for hypoxia experiment or 4 ones for sleep experiment in hypoxia condition with CO2 concentration not more than 3 000×10-6.Conclusion The normobaric hypoxic chamber is safe and convenient,and thus may be worth popularizing in plateau hypoxia experiment.
