摘要
新型复合式三维永磁电机是一种新颖的永磁同步电机,它将外转子式旋转永磁同步电机与盘式永磁同步电机结合起来,充分利用了电机内部的有效空间,提高了电机的电磁转矩与体积比.由于功能单一、自动化程度低以及仪器功能难以共享的传统测试仪器不能满足永磁同步电机的测试要求,为此,提出一种新型直驱电机检测控制系统.该文对新型复合式三维永磁电机研究设计基于LabVIEW软件开发一种新型的检测控制系统,并对其监测控制系统性能进行测试分析.
The new combined-type three-dimensional permanent magnet motor is a new kind of permanent magnet synchronous motor, it combines the outer rotor-type rotating permanent magnet synchronous motor with the disc-type permanent magnet synchronous motor, and it makes full use of the internal effective space of the motor to improve the electromagnetic torque and volume ratio of the motor. So far, because of the simple function and low degree of automation as well as the instrument function is difficult to share, the tra- ditional instrument can't satisfy the testing requirement of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, there- fore, a new type of direct-driven motor testing control system is put forward. This paper describes the defi- nition, structure and working principle of the new combined-type three-dimensional permanent magnet mo- tor, and the study is based on the new kind of detection control system developed by LabVIEW software and it conducts a testing analysis on its monitoring and control system performance.
