摘要
环境污染强制责任保险已被很多发达国家采用,是解决环境损害赔偿责任问题的主要方式之一。本文在对我国推行环境污染强制责任保险存在的难点进行分析的基础上,提出了完善我国环境污染强制责任保险的必要准备,以期对我国环境污染强制责任保险的推广有所裨益。
The compulsory environmental pollution liability insurance, one of the main ways to resolve the problems of compensation liability for environmental damages , has being widely used in many developed countries. Based on the analysis of the difficulties concerning compulsory environmental pollution liability insurance, this essay puts forward some necessary preparations on the perfection of it and aims to assist the development of it.
