摘要
在我国全面推进高等教育大众化、构建终身教育体系和学习型社会的大趋势下,国家开放大学应运而生,它的创建既顺应时代发展又面临巨大挑战。要和一流、和世界接轨,教学质量是第一考量要素,而教学质量的保证,离不开科学的教学评估督导体制。教学评估督导体制的创建发展需要一个过程,需要符合我国教育国情,需要实践改进完善动态的进程。
Higher education is being comprehensively popularized, lifelong education is being construc- ted and a learning society is coming into being in China. Under these circumstances, the Open University of China arises. Its establishment faces great opportunities and enormous challenges. To enter into world top universities, high teaching quality is of first importance, while the development of the system of teach- ing supervision and evaluation is surely a guarantee, which needs a process that requires education in line with our national conditions, needs to practice to improve and perfect the dynamic process.
