摘要
当前侦查实践中,系列案件的串并侦查应当注意以下几个方面:既要重视重特大案件的串并分析,又要重视小案的串并分析;既要重视有现场案件的串并分析,又要重视无现场案件的串并分析;既要重视本地区案件的串并分析,又要重视外地案件的串并分析;既要重视同类案件的串并分析,又要重视不同性质案件的串并分析;既要重视未破案件的串并分析,又要重视已破案件的串并分析;既要重视近期案件的串并分析,又要重视远期案件的串并分析;既要重视破案前的串并分析,又要重视破案后的串并分析;既要重视被动的串并分析,又要重视常态的主动串并分析。
In present investigative practices, while connecting series of cases for investigation, we should pay attention to the following aspects： 1.to the connection and analysis of not only severe cases but also minor cases; 2. to the connection and analysis of not only crime scene cases but also non-crime scene cases; 3. to the connection and analysis of not only local cases but also cases in other provinces; 4. to the connection and analysis of not only same kind of cases but also different kinds of cases; 5. to the connection and analysis of not only unsolved cases but also solved ones; 6. to the connection and analysis of not only new cases but also old cases; 7. not only to the connection and analysis of cases before they are solved but also to the connection and analysis of cases after they are solved; 8. not only to the reactive connection and analysis of cases but also to regular connection and analysis of cases.
