摘要
在带钢的连续生产线上,由于板型及设备安装精度等原因,带钢经常跑偏,双连杆式纠偏辊是最常用的纠偏设备之一。在生产与控制中,需要知道纠偏辊的纠偏量。采用数值分析的方法设计一种简单实用的计算程序,用于计算双连杆式纠偏辊液压缸伸缩量与纠偏量的对应关系。
Because of the strip shape and equipment installation and so on, the strip displacement phenom- enon gets more seriously in line of continuous production of strip. Double-rocker steering roller is one of the most commonly used to solve it. In production and control, steering roller needs to be measured the steering quantity. A simple and practical calculation program designed using numerical analysis method for calculating corresponding rela- tionship between cylinder stroke with the measurement of steering roller.
