摘要
本文结合国内某大型钢厂两条硅钢连退机组的实际运行情况,对可能造成带钢跑偏的几种原因进行了分析,并着重从以阀控缸为动力元件的纠偏电液位置伺服系统的工作原理着手,通过建立系统数学模型,对该纠偏系统的稳定性和响应速度等动态特性进行分析,得出纠偏系统纠偏能力不足的原因,提出了有效的解决措施。
On the basis of actual operation of two silicon steel ACL lines in a large steel plant in China, this article studies into several reasons that possibly cause strip off-tracking. It focuses on the working principle of electro-hydraulic position servo steering system driven by valve-controlled cylinders, analyzes the dynamic characteristics of the system such as stability and response speed etc. through system mathematic model effective to solve established and summarizes the reasons for its imperfection. In response, this article proposes the imperfection.
