摘要
新医学模式把心理社会因素放置于显要位置,身心相关性理论是人的生命本质的最准确的体现。心理社会因素与癌症关系密切,癌症患者常常出现较多的心理障碍,心理因素可影响癌症患者的治疗与预后。因此,倡导肿瘤医院建立肿瘤心理临床学科,开展心理咨询及治疗工作,服务于肿瘤病人,服务于肿瘤,16床各科,服务于社会。
Health service professionals who make seuious studies of bio/psycho/spiritual interactions in tumour patients will derive better success from clinical work, just as patients find more comfort and satisfaction in such care. There is nothing wrong with a narrow focus on disordered system, impaired organ, defective function of cells, as long as it is balanced with an understanding that whatever the malfunction or anatomic aberration, it is encapsulated in a person, complete with aspirations among other personal concerns directly relevant to the functionign of the whole indivedual. There is good reason to consider that some of the patinet' s needs go unheeded when, for example, the improvement efforts of treatment process serve as a measure of quality assessment. Hospital care is more than treatment with medical procedures, physicians are required to meke psychotherapy and psychological advances accessible to service clients.
