铬铝复合合金化对J55钢腐蚀电化学影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 应用动电位极化和电化学阻抗谱技术,研究了以J55钢为基材的铬铝复合合金化钢在模拟长庆油田高矿化度油井水溶液中的腐蚀行为,并考察了预腐蚀对腐蚀过程的影响。高含铬铝的合金钢材料的开路电位较J55钢明显正移;极化曲线拟合结果表明,高含铬铝合金钢的自腐蚀电流密度减小,腐蚀速率下降;从电化学阻抗谱测量的拟合结果可以看出,高含铬铝合金钢的极化电阻增大。预腐蚀后,电化学阻抗谱测量的高含铬铝合金钢材料的腐蚀产物膜电阻较J55钢明显增大,发生了一定程度的电阻极化,相应的电化学腐蚀速率降低。 Electrochemical methods of the potentiodynamic polarization and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were employed to investigate the corrosion behavior of J55 steels alloyed by combination of Cr and A1 in the imitated high salinity brine of Changqing's oil well water. And the effect of the pre-corrosion on the corrosion process was thus examined. The open circuit poten- tial of high Cr-A1 alloy steel shifted to the positive direction comparing with J55 steel; the results of polarization curve show that the corrosion current density of high Cr-A1 alloy steel decreased and its corrosion rate declined; the fitting results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy indi- cate that its polarization resistance increased. After pre-corrosion, the corrosion product film of high Cr-A1 alloy steel exhibited higher corrosion resistance significantly rather than J55 steel and then the corrosion rate decreased correspondingly.
