摘要
根据钛合金的电流响应曲线和 Tafel 曲线,测得钛合金在 H_2SO_4溶液中的钝化膜电阻和电化学腐蚀速率.结果表明,稳定钛合金钝化膜只能在较低温度下形成,温度越高,钝化膜越不稳定,自腐蚀电位越低,自腐蚀电流越大,电化学腐蚀速率也越大.
The passive film resistance and electrochemical corrosion rate for Ti alloy are determinated by the methods of the current respone and the cyclic voltammogram.The results show that the steady passive film can be formed under low temperatures.The highter the tem- perature becomes,the lower the stability of the passive film is.The lower resistance and auto-corrosion volt is.the greater the auto-corrosion current and electrochemical rate are.
