矩形波冲击下C楞瓦楞纸板系统的冲击谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于C楞瓦楞纸板动态本构模型,建立了C楞瓦楞纸板包装系统动力学模型。借助三维冲击谱、破损边界曲面的概念,利用Rnuge-Kutta算法,研究了C楞瓦楞纸板缓冲包装系统在矩形波冲击下,不同阻尼、线性参量、正弦参量、正切参量对C楞瓦楞纸板包装系统易损件冲击谱和破损边界的影响。计算结果表明:C楞瓦楞纸板缓冲性能受阻尼系数、线性参量、正弦参量及正切参量的制约,且对C楞瓦楞纸板缓冲包装系统的冲击谱和破损边界有显著影响。 Packaging system dynamics model for C-flute corrugated board was established based on dynamics constitu-tive model. In the C-flute corrugated cardboard's cushioning packaging system, the effects of different damp, linear, sinusoidal and tangent parameters on shock spectrum and damage boundary of vulnerable part of C-flute corrugated cardboard packaging were researched, which were produced by shocks from rectangular waves. The research was con- ducted under the concept of three-dimensional shock spectrum and damage boundary surface, with application of the Rnuge-Kutta algorithm. The results showed that cushion performance of C-flute corrugated cardboard is restricted by damping coefficient, linear, sinusoidal and tangent parameters and has a significant influence on shock spectrum and damage boundary of C-flute corrugated cardboard's cushioning packaging system.
