摘要
根据包装件的冲击力学模型,推导出来正弦波脉冲、矩形波脉冲、后峰矩齿波脉冲等冲击波形的冲击响应,并证明了在缓冲包装设计中应用的缓冲材料最大变形冲击谱和内装物最大加速度冲击谱的一致性,绘制了三种冲击作用的冲击谱。
The impact responses from half-sine wave pulse, rectangular wave pulse and ter-minal peak sawtooth wave pulse are derived based on the impact mechanic model ofpacked pieces and verifies the consistency of the largest deforming impact spectrum ofthe cushioning marerials with that of the largest acceleration of the enclosure duringcushioning packaging design.
