摘要
思想政治理论课教学质量评价是高校教学质量评价的重要组成部分,也是提高教学质量的主要重要手段和途径.高校思想政治理论课教学质量评价体系的构建应尽可能科学和全面.首先,对任课教师的思想政治素质和专业素质评估是教学质量评价的前提,无疑,教学质量评价则是主要的和基本的.对教学质量的评价,应综合考虑专家评价、院系部及教研室同事评价、学生期末集中评价和平时网上动态开放式评价、教师自我评价等,使评价结果尽可能客观公正,从而通过教学质量评价提高教学质量.
Ideological and political theory teaching quality evaluation is an important part of college teaching quality evalu- ation, but also important means and ways to improve the quality of teaching. Ideological and Political theory teaching quality evaluation system should be as scientific and comprehensive. First, the classroom teachers＇ ideological and political quality and professional quality evaluation of teaching quality evaluation is a prerequisite, no doubt, the quality of teaching evalua- tion is the main and essential. Evaluation of the quality of teaching, should be considered expert evaluation, faculty evaluation department and Department colleagues, students usually end centralized evaluation and dynamic open online evaluation, tea- cher self-evaluation, so that the results of the evaluation as objective and impartial, and thus through the teaching quality evaluation to improve teaching quality.
