小直径管注起泡剂排水采气悬挂技术研究

摘要 目前国内应用小直径管加注起泡剂工艺采用橇装式下管装置,加注起泡剂时下管装置与注剂装置相连接,增大了管理难度且不能进行长期加注。为此,设计了小直径管井口悬挂密封装置。该装置的悬挂采用卡瓦式悬挂原理,具有结构简单、悬挂可靠的特点,密封采用上、下双重密封,确保小直径管密封的可靠性。现场试验中,采用小直径管加注起泡剂排水采气,气井日产气量得到明显改善,由0.38×104m3/d升高到0.95×104m3/d,增产效果明显;油套压差由试验前的5.9 MPa减小为1.3 MPa,表明井筒积液明显被排出。 At present, domestic technology of using narrow tube to inject foaming agent adopts the skid-mounted running device. The running device and injection device are connected to each other in injecting the agent, which increases the management difficulty and prevents long-time injection. Therefore, the narrow tube wellhead suspen- sion seal device was designed. The device suspension adopts slip-type suspension principle, characterized by a sim- ple structure and reliable suspension. Its seal adopts upper and lower double sealing in order to ensure the reliability of the narrow tube seal. In the field test, the narrow tube was adopted to inject foaming agent to drain off water and recover gas. The daily production of the gas wells improved remarkably. The production increased from 0. 38 × 104 m3/d to 0.95 × 104 m3/d, with an obvious stimulation. The tubing-casing pressure difference decreased from 5.9 MPa before the test to 1.3 MPa, indicating that wellbore liquid was obviously discharged.
