摘要
采集了拟小鲵属5个已知物种和普雄原鲵共15个个体的mtDNA序列数据(cytb,755bp),使用贝叶斯(BI)和最大似然(MP)法重建了拟小鲵属的系统发育关系。结果表明:拟小鲵属的5种形成一个单系群;贵州拟小鲵为独立有效物种,是宽阔水拟小鲵的姊妹种;普雄原鲵是拟小鲵属5种的姊妹分支,普雄原鲵应更名为普雄拟小鲵。
We have collected mtDNA cytochrome b sequence data(cyt b, 755 bp) from 15 individuals rep-resenting 5 recognized species of the genus Pseudohynobius and Protohynobius puxiongcnsis, and recon-structed phylogenetic relationships among this two genera by Bayesian inference (BI) and Maximum parsimo-ny (MP) methods. The main results are (1) Rguizhouensisis independent valid species, which is a sister spe-cies to E kuankuoshuiensis; (2) All five species of Pseudohynobiusformed a monophyletic group; (3) Pro-tohynobius puxiongonsisis sister lineage to all Pseudohynobius species, Protohynobiuspuxiongensis shouldname as Pseudohynobius puxiongensis.
