摘要
目的探讨糖尿病神经源性膀胱的有效治疗方法。方法按入院顺序将患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,对照组给予血糖控制,予硫辛酸注射液4.5g静脉滴注,每日1次;弥可保针250μg,肌肉注射,隔日1次;训练定期排尿。治疗组在对照组基础上给予针刺关元、中极、气海穴,同时酚妥拉明针双侧足三里、三阴交穴位注射。比较两组治疗前、后临床疗效及残余尿量,观察不良反应。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后膀胱残余尿量明显少于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后膀胱残余尿量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论针刺关元、中极、气海穴,同时酚妥拉明针穴位注射三阴交、足三里治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱疗效确切,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。
objective To explore the effective treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder.Methods The patients according to admission order were randomly divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （40 cases）.The control group was treated with glucose control,thioctic acid injection,Mikebao injection,and urination training.Besides the treatment of the control group,The treatment group was treated with acupuncture acupoint and acupoint injected phentolamine.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was better than that in the control group （P＜0.05）.The bladder residual urine volume after the treatment was significantly less than that of before treatment （P＜0.05）.The treatment group of bladder residual urine volume after treatment significantly was less than that of control group （P＜ 0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions of the patients.Conclusion There is effective to treat diabetic neurogenic bladder with acupuncture and acupoint injected phentolamine.
