摘要
糖尿病神经源性膀胱(Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder DNB)是糖尿病常见并发病症,严重危害机体健康。多年来围绕临床治疗进行了大量研究,但由于其发病机制复杂,西医尚缺乏有效治疗手段。近年来,中医辨、治DNB方法多样,疗效显著。此文从糖尿病神经源性膀胱的中医病因病机、中医辨治思路、中医治疗方法3个方面予以综述,以期为临床研究提供一定借鉴。
Diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB)is a common complication of diabetes and seriously affects the health of the body.Over the years,a large number of studies have been conducted on clinical treatment.However,due to its unclear pathogenesis,currently western medicine lacks specific drug treatment.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has developed diversified treatment methods,with obvious advantages for DNB.In this paper,we mainly analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of DNB in TCM,the thinking of TCM diagnosis and treatment,and the treatment methods in TCM to provide some references for future research.
