摘要 叙述了红土镍矿资源状况,介绍了回转窑预还原—电炉(RKEF)工艺、NST(Nickel smelting Technology)工艺、Vanyukov工艺、江山工艺、转底炉工艺等红土镍矿冶炼工艺的特点和应用现状。对于红土镍矿冶炼工艺存在的能耗高、固废排放量大的共性问题,提出可直接利用热熔渣生产微晶玻璃。 The nickel laterite resources situation was presented, and the characteristics and application statu of nickel laterite smelting processes like rotary kiln prereduction-electric furnace process, nickel smelting technology process, Vanyukov process, ohiyama process, rotary hearth furnace process, etc. were introduced. In view of the common problems existed in nickel laterite smelting process, including high energy consumption and high emission of solid waste, the suggestions were put forward on directly using hot slag to produce construction materials like glass-ceramics, cast stone or mineral wool.
