摘要
电网脆弱性评估分为结构脆弱性和状态脆弱性,利用层次分析法构建综合脆弱性指标,并在IEEE-39节点系统中进行验证。在分析不同运行方式对综合脆弱性指标影响的基础上,对吉林电网2012年冬大方式和2015年冬大方式下的综合脆弱性进行评估,并针对存在的薄弱环节从电网结构和系统状态两方面提出改善措施。
Electric power vulnerability assessment includes structure vulnerability and state vulnerability, which constructs the comprehensive vulnerability index by analytical hierarchy process and has been verified in IEEE-39 node system. Based on the analysis on the influence of different operation modes, the comprehensive vulnerability of Jilin power grid under winter large-scale operation modes in the winter seasons of year 2012 and 2015 have been assessed. According to the existing weak links, improvement measurements have also been proposed in grid structure and system state aspects.
