摘要
提出利用电气剖分信息定量分析输电线路阻塞成因的方法,回答了阻塞功率到底是由哪些网络源和哪些网络流引起的以及通过何种电气路径形成的问题,并给出相关源流承担阻塞责任的份额关系。在此基础上,从物理层面进一步提出了输电线路阻塞调控的具体策略和方法,该方法不仅回答了调控哪些对象才能最有效地消除输电线路阻塞的问题,而且给出了使阻塞线路潮流直接返回到允许范围内的具体调控量的信息。算例分析结果表明,基于电气剖分信息的输电线路阻塞分析与调控方法具有正确评估阻塞责任、快速调控并消除输电线路阻塞的性能。
A new electrical dissecting method for analyzing congestion reason of congested lines based on electrical dissected results is presented. This method can be used to answer such kind of questions that who （network sources and network flows） induce the congestion and by what kind of electrical paths the congestion comes into being. It also can be used to calculate the liability sharing proportions of related sources and flows for congestion. Based on the congestion analyzing method a new congestion controlling method is presented in this paper. With this congestion controlling method it can be found what kind of sources and flows should be adjusted in order to eliminate congestion effectively and the corresponding concrete adjusting values. The result of example shows the congestion analyzing and controlling method based on electrical dissected information can assess the congestion liabilities accurately and eliminate congestion rapidly.
