摘要
为揭示农家板栗品种间的表型变异,对搜集到的7个农家品种坚果的高度、宽度、厚度、单粒质量、体积等形态指标以及总糖、淀粉、蛋白质等营养成分进行统计分析,结果表明:坚果高、宽、厚三项指标变异程度较小,变异系数低于10%;坚果体积及单粒质量变异程度较大,变异系数在10%～20%;坚果中总糖、淀粉、粗纤维、蛋白质含量在7份种质间存在不同程度变异,变异系数9.01%～26.58%,其中以总糖含量的变异幅度和变异系数最大;不同种质间各性状差异显著程度不同,南庄4号与南庄5号,良乡1号、栗榛寨1号与北庄8号,燕红与慕田峪6号分别在形态上表现出较多的相似性;板栗坚果性状指标存在相关性,坚果宽、厚、体积、单粒质量之间存在显著的正相关。本研究为板栗品种选优、核心种质收集奠定了基础。
In order to reveal the phenotypic variation among native chestnut varieties,seven native varieties were collected and the statistical analysis of height,width,thickness,single nut weight,volume and content of the sugar,starch,protein,fiber,fat,water of nut was carried out.The result showed that,the degrees of variation in three traits,including height,width,thickness,were low,and the coefficient of variation （CV） was lower than 10％,while the CV of single nut weight and volume were within the scope of 10％ ～20％,which showed larger variation; among the seven germplasms,the contents of sugar,starch,fiber,water and fat showed different variation degrees,the CV were 9.01％ ～ 26.58％,and the variation range and CV of sugar were the largest ; the significance of character difference among native varieties was different,but some characters among native varieties were similar,and similarity existed between Nanzhuang No.1 and Nanzhuang No.5,among Liangxiang No.1,Lizhenzhai No.1 and Beizhuang No.8,between Yanhong and Mutianyu No.6 ; correlation analysis showed that positive correlation existed among width,thickness,single nut weight and volume.The result of the study lays a foundation for variety selection and core collection of chestnut.
