摘要
甲状腺手术后出血是可能危及患者生命的严重并发症。本文阐述了甲状腺手术后出血的临床表现,根据世界上大样本多中心临床研究和自身经验总结了可能造成出血的高危因素。通过多种措施可以有效降低术后出血的发生风险。一旦发现术后出血,应积极手术。
Postoperative hemorrhage in thyroid surgery is a serious and potentially life-threatening complication. Clinical manifestations of postoperative hemorrhage were described in this paper. We identified possible risk factors based on the published multicenter studies and our experience. Numerous measures can be taken to minimize the risk of postoperative hemorrhage. When postoperative hemorrhage occurs, prompt surgical intervention is strongly indicated.
