摘要 目的 了解南昌市西湖区病媒生物的种群密度和季节消长情况,为病媒生物及媒介生物性传染病防治工作提供有效防治措施.方法 成蚊密度调查采用灯诱法,蝇密度调查采用笼诱法,鼠密度调查采用夹夜法,蟑螂密度调查采用粘捕法.结果 2010~2012年共捕获蚊虫6 763只,平均蚊密度为2.62只/(灯·小时),主要为致倦库蚊(占90.61%)和三带喙库蚊(占6.66%);捕获蝇类186只,平均蝇密度为1.02只/笼,主要为家蝇(占33.75%)、丝光绿蝇(占17.5%)、市蝇(占13.75%)、铜绿蝇(占12.5%)和大头金蝇(占10.00%);捕获蟑螂类9 955只,平均密度为4.83只/张,均为德国小蠊;捕获鼠类64只,平均鼠密度为1.66%,主要为褐家鼠(占95.65%)和小家鼠(占4.35%).结论 致倦库蚊、家蝇、德国小蠊、褐家鼠为优势种;4月为蚊类活动高峰期;蝇类在5~10月,呈现4个活动高峰,以8月最高;蟑螂在5、7月呈现2个活动高峰,以7月最高;鼠类受春秋季灭鼠影响,季节性并不明显. Objective Find out the population composition and seasonal fluctuation of vectors in Xihu District, provide effective prevention measures for prevention and control of local vectors and vector borne diseases. Methods Adult mosquito density was investigated using light trap method, flies density was investigated using density cage trap method, rat density was investigated using night trapping, cockroach density was investigated using sticky recapture method. Results From 2010 to 2012, 6763 mosquitoes were 'captured, with an average density of 2. 62/( lamps. Hours), Culex quinquefasciatus account for 90.61% and Tres Culex account for 6.66% . 186 flies were captured, with the average density of 1.02 / cage, mainly composed of musca ( 33.75% ) , Lucilia ( 17.5% ) , cityflies( 13.75% ) , flies aeruginosa ( 12. 5% ) and megacephala ( 10. 00% ) ; 9955 cockroaches were caught with the average density of 4. 83 /sheet, all of them are the German cockroach; 64 rodents were captured, the average density was 1.66%, mainly composed of Rattus norvegicus (95.65%) and Mus musculus (4.35%). Conclusion Culex mosquitoes, houseflies, German cockroach, Rattus norvegicus were the dominant species. April is the peak of mosquito activity; Between May and October flies activity shows four peaks, among which the highest appear in August; Between May and July cockroaches activity shows two peaks, the higher appear in July; The seasonality of rodents activity is not obvious due to deratization in spring and autumn.
