摘要
运输组织流程再造可以降低成本、提高效率、提升安全水平。分析北京广线运输组织现状,针对运输组织流程中存在的问题,对既有运输组织实施流程再造和资源整合,以求实现内部挖潜提效。
Transport Organization Process Reengineering would reduce costs, improve efficiency and security. By analyz- ing the situation of Beijing to Guangzhou railway transport organization, the problem of process is found. Reengineering the existing transport organization process and integrating resources wouht exploit potentiality and improve efficiency.
