客观结构化临床考试在高职护理毕业生综合考核中应用效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式在大专护理毕业生综合考核中的应用成效。方法:对2010级三年制高职护理六个班级300名毕业生在OSCE模式的指导下进行考核,并通过问卷了解情况。结果:实验组护生认为OSCE考核模式在提高护理评估能力、提高分析问题能力、锻炼护患沟通能力、培养理论联系实际能力等多方面明显优于对照组(P﹤0.001)。结论:OSCE考核模式能够全面体现护生临床实践操作能力和护生整体护理思想,因此适用于护理毕业生的操作考核。
