摘要
在pH9.5的36g/L氯化铵-10%(V/V)氨水的缓冲溶液中,碘酸根在-1.03V(vs·SCE)处产生良好的极谱波。利用硫酸溶液中溴催化高锰酸钾氧化碘为碘酸根的作用,可用间接极谱法测定地质试样中的痕量溴,最佳测定范围为0.5~10μg/g,RSD为10~27%。
In a supporting solution containing 36g/ L NH_4Cl and 10% (V/V) NH_3.H_2O at pH9. 5 the iodate produces a well-defined polarographic wave with E_p=- 1. 03 V(vs. SCE). The catalytic action of bromine on the oxidation of iodine to iodate by potassium permanganate in sulfuric acid solution has been utilized for the indirect polarographic determination of trace amounts of bromine in geological samples. The optimum concentration range is 0. 5~10μg/g of bromine and the RSD is 10%~27%.
