本文介绍了电火花表面沉积工艺的原理和技术特点,以及国内外关于电火花表面沉积技术中沉积工艺对沉积层性能影响的研究现状。
This article introduced the basic principle and characteristics of electronspark deposition, summarized its research status on the effect of dlectronspark deposition （ESD） on process on properties of deposition at home and abroad, and its present deficiencies and directions of development was also pointed out.
