摘要
以TC4钛合金为研究对象,针对钛合金激光焊接接头开展了超塑性基础试验研究。对TC4钛合金激光焊搭接接头在温度870~900℃、初始应变速率0.001~0.01s。条件下的组织和变形规律进行了观察和测试;通过超塑成形/激光焊工艺模拟件成形试验,初步探索了超塑成形/激光焊组合工艺用于制备空心构件制造的工艺适应性.为超塑成形/激光焊组合工艺在航空航天领域的应用奠定了基础。
The superplastic experiments of TC4 LW(laser welding) joints were conducted systematically.The microstructure and performance of TC4 lap joints of LW were analyzed when the joints had been experienced superplastic deformation at the conditions of 850-920℃ and 0.001S-1-0.01S-1.The structure forming was test by SPF/LBW.The process adaptability to fabricate hollow components by SPF/LBW was explored which contributes to the applications of SPF/LBW process.
