超塑成形/扩散连接止焊剂涂敷工艺优化

摘要 为实现钛合金超塑成形/扩散连接组合工艺零件精准制造,进行止焊剂涂敷工艺优化研究。传统止焊剂手工涂敷工艺涂敷质量差、精准度低,成形后扩散连接过渡区超标,零件表面阶差、缩沟问题经常出现。为实现止焊剂精准、快速涂敷,提出了对钛合金超塑成形/扩散连接成形前板料自动敷膜、激光刻形及止焊剂自动涂敷的新工艺思路。通过自动化手段,形成了一个较为优化的止焊剂涂敷工艺手段,止焊剂涂层厚度实现0.1 mm精准可控,同时通过试验验证,以5×10^(-2)/s~5×10^(-4)/s应变速率成功成形出满足要求的零件。 In order to realize the precision manufacturing of titanium alloy superplastic forming/diffusion connection combination process parts,the optimization of coating process was studied in this paper.The traditional manual coating process has poor coating quality and low precision,and the diffusion connection transition zone exceeds the standard after forming.The problems of poor surface order and groove shrinkage often appear.For precision and quick flux coating,new a technology of the sheet automatic labeling,laser engraving and automatic flux coating before superplastic forming/diffusion bonding were provided.By means of automation,a more optimized means of check flux coating process were formed and the flux coating thickness precision were controlled by 0.1 mm.At the same time through the test,the parts were successfully formed at the strain rate of 5×10^(-2)/s~5×10^(-4)/s which meets the requirement.
