摘要
表示遗传信息传递规律的中心法则 (CentralDogma) ,是现代生物学中最基本、最重要的规律之一 ,该法则的产生有其深刻的科学思想和科学社会基础。自其产生以后 ,随着研究的深入 ,内容和形式都得到了丰富和修正 ,显示出其核心思想不是简单的单向决定作用 ,而是复杂的相互作用 ,确立这一核心思想有助于预测其未来的发展。中心法则在探讨生命现象的规律方面显示出巨大的作用 ,极大地推动了生物科学的发展 ,是现代生物学的理论基石 ,并为生物学基础理论的统一指明了方向 ,在生命科学史上占有重要的地位。
The Central Dogma of Molecular Biology, which summaries the hereditary information flow, is one of the most fundamental and important laws in modern biology. Its birth has solid bases of scientific thought and scientific sociology. With the development of investigation, it has been enriched and revised in contents and forms, which shows that its core thought is not a simple determinate action, but a complicated interaction. The core thought revealed can help predict the possible direction in the future development. The Central Dogma displays its great strength in exploring the laws of living phenomena and promoting the development of bioscience. It is the theoretical basis of modern biology and demonstrates the way to the possible theoretical unity of biology. And it occupies an important place in the history of bioscience.
