摘要
在农村留守妇女较多,男性劳动力不足的情况下,建构有效的农业技术培训策略非常关键。文章结合实际,从培训必要性、培训特点和培训策略几方面探索构建模式,为更好的推进农村留守妇女农业技术培训的发展提供有效的参考。
In rural left-behind women are more, under the condition of male labor shortage,the construct of effective agricultural technology training strategy is critical. Articles with reality, from the necessity of training, training characteristics and training strategies to explore aspects of the build mode, to better promote rural women left behind the development of agricultural technology training to provide effective reference.
