摘要
为了对中药附子的道地性和品种进行鉴别以及控制产品质量,采用了飞秒激光激发光电导天线的太赫兹时域光谱技术,对同一产地4种不同制片方式的附子样品在室温干燥环境进行了检测和分析。结果表明:附子的太赫兹时域谱包含有幅度和相位信息,频谱具有较好的重复性,4种附子样品频谱明显分为两组。4种样品的太赫兹折射率存在明显的差异,可对不同的制片方式进行直观鉴别。由于吸收随着频率增加而增加,纯附子压片样品的有效频谱范围为0.2~1.05THz,在此频谱范围内没有明显的特征吸收峰,吸收谱与THz频谱一致,因此附子道地性鉴别应考虑因不同制片方式造成的差异。
In order to identify Chinese herbal medicine aconite genuineness and varieties and control the quality of the production. The aconite samples of four different kinds of production methods are detected and analyzed by femtosec- ond laser excited photoconductive antenna terahertz time domain spectroscopy technology on dry environment at room temperature. The results show that:aconite terahertz time-domain spectrum contains amplitude and phase information, the frequency spectrum has good repeatability ,4 aconite sample spectrum are divided into two groups. There are obvi- ous differences of the four samples terahertz refractive indexes, which can be used for visual identification of the differ- ent production methods. As the absorption increases with frequency increasing, pure aconite tablet sample effective spectral range is 0. 2 - 1.05THz with no obvious characteristic absorption peaks in this spectrum range, the absorption spectra are consistent with the THz frequency spectra,and therefore the differences caused due to different production methods should be considered for aconite genuineness identification.
