摘要
传统的电真空辐射源向太赫兹频段发展进程中电子光学系统遇到诸多困难,而带状电子光学系统能够有效解决部分困难。文中采用粒子模拟软件分析了不同阴极面和聚焦极结构对形成带状注的影响,通过仿真计算,对所需要的双阳极带状电子光学系统进行了设计,分析了电子枪的聚焦极结构尺寸对电子注的形状及其性能参量的影响,最终在0.5T均匀磁场,工作电压为15kV,发射密度10A/cm2的情况下,获得带状电子注电流密度为50A/cm2,宽高比为11∶1,并且在20mm电子通道内脉动较小,流通率达到100%。
When the electro-optical systems that are experiencing many difficulties in the development process of the traditional electric vacuum radiation source to the THz band.Sheet beam might solve some of the difficulties.In this paper,PIC is used to analyze the impact of the different structures of cathode and focus electrode to produce the sheet beam.The dual anode sheet beam electron optics system is designed.And the impact of the focus electrode structure is analyzed.The gun worked in 0.5 T uniform magnet,under the voltage of 15 kV and the current density of 10 A/cm2.The electron beam density is 50 A/cm2 and the high aspect ratio is 11∶1.Transmission rate reach 100% in 20 mm long electron tunnel.
