摘要
利用时域有限积分法研究了太赫兹波在谐振环多层超材料的传输特性。结果表明,对于尺寸相同的谐振环构成多层超材料,超材料从1层变化到5层时,在共振频率0.80 THz处,谐振谷值从-17 dB~-44 dB,共振明显比单层强很多。对于不同尺寸谐振环构成多层超材料,共振频谱带宽明显增强,半高全宽从0.08 THz变化到0.26 THz。结果表明,多层超材料具有比单层更好的太赫兹波特性,这些传输特性为太赫兹波滤波器、吸收器及偏振器等器件设计具有重要价值。
Transmission characteristic of THz wave in ring resonator multi-layer metamaterials is studied by the finiteintegration time-domain algorithm. The results show that for the multi-layer metamaterials composed with the same size, the resonance of them is much stronger as compared to the single-layer metamaterials. The value of resonant dip is from - 17 dB to -44 dB at resonant frequency of 0.80 THz. For the multi-layer metamaterials composed with the different size, the bandwidth of the resonance spectrum is increased, the band at half maximum point is from 0.08 THz to 0.26 THz. An improvement in THz characteristics of ring resonator multi-layer metamaterials is achieved, which provide important value for designing the filter,absorber and polarizer.
