摘要
讨论了市场化价格机制未形成之前,跨区跨省电力交易结果的确定和成交限额的权重因子算法,详细阐述了各因子的选取及其权重的确定,以及成交限额的计算方法,并通过某一笔电力交易进行模拟计算,验证了该算法的节能减排效果。
The market has not formed before the price mechanism, the results of cross interprovincial electricity trading and transaction limits determine the weighting factor algorithm.In this paper, we described in detail the sclection of the factors de- terrnining their weight, as well as the calculation of turnover limit and an electricity trading through a simulation calculations to verify the energy saving effect of this algorithm.
