摘要
山地—绿洲系统耦合能够给山地和绿洲地区带来较高的经济效益,对于山地地区的环境保护和经济可持续发展有着重要的现实意义。本文结合肃南县和黑河中游绿洲地区生态经济的实际状况,分析了该地区系统耦合的现状,利用系统耦合基本原理,模拟计算了山地—绿洲系统耦合"山上繁殖,山下育肥"模式下的生态效益和经济效益,得出了系统耦合效益产生的主要原因,并结合其存在的问题,最后提出了加快系统耦合的措施。
The mountainous region-oasis system coupling can bring these areas the high economic efficiency, and has the vital practical significance on the environmental protection and the sustainable development of economy. This article unified the ecological economy actual conditions and the system coupling present situations in the Sunan county and the Heihe middle reaches oasis areas, using system coupling basic principle, computed the ecology benefit and the economic efficiency of the mountainous region-oasis system coupling, and obtained the main reason why system coupling can produce the benefit, furthermore, it analyzed the existing questions in the above-mentioned areas, and proposed the corresponding strategy and the methods.
