摘要
文章以文化圈相关理论为指导,从自然环境和人文思想两方面入手,在分析《尚书》《史记》《诗经》等文献中的饮食内容和部分考古发现研究成果的基础上,得出了春秋战国时期我国已经形成中原、秦陇、荆楚三个饮食文化圈的结论。
Guided by the theory of culture circle, this paper analyzes records of diet in three classical books (Shangshu,Shift and Shijing)and related archaeological findings from the perspectives of natural environment and humanistic thought before suggesting the proposition that three circles of dietary cultures (Zhongyuan, Qin- long and Jingchu)were already formed in the Spring & Autumn Period and Warring States Period.
