摘要
内蒙古某电厂600 MW机组锅炉采用组合型垂直浓淡低NOx直流煤粉燃烧器+偏置周界风设计+设置SOFA喷口的低氮燃烧技术改造方案进行改造。改造前对锅炉进行性能评估,评估结果虽然表明锅炉运行状况较好,但NOx排放值较高,同时存在高温受热面结焦、锅炉汽温较难控制、炉膛出口烟温偏差较大等问题。改造后对锅炉性能从指标考核及运行稳定与安全评价2方面进行综合评估。评价结果显示,锅炉运行状况良好,锅炉结焦问题得到遏制,排放的NOx质量浓度、飞灰中可燃物质量分数、锅炉效率等指标优秀。
The scheme about' technical transformation of low NOx combustion with combination type vertical bias low NOx burner + offset perimeter wind design + SOFA nozzle was adopted in one power plant 600 MW unit in Inner Mongolia. The performance of the boiler was evaluated before transformation, the result showed that the running state of the boiler was good. But there still existed several problems, such as higher values of NOx emissions', coking of the high temperature heating surface, difficult controlled of the boiler steam temperature, and large deviations existed of the flue gas temperature of furnace outlet. Comprehensive evaluation of the boiler performance about the index assessment system and the security and stability operation was conducted after the technical transformation. The results showed that the boiler operating status was good, the boiler coke was curbed, the mass concentration of the NOx emissions and the mass fraction of fuel ash fly and the efficiency of the boiler achieved excellent.
