摘要
通过对备战2012年伦敦残奥会女子运动员进行全面综合的身体机能监控,以期了解女子残障运动员各项生理生化指标的变化规律。结果发现:①训练期间的HB、RBC、HCT的变化特点:集训初期,HB持续下降,RBC和HCT在第二次测试开始下降。HB在第三次测试显示上升,并达到较高水平。②在训练期间CK值变化规律,且变化幅度不是很大。BUN在较低范围内规律性波动,与训练量的变化基本一致。③疲劳积累状况可以通过C指标明显地反映出来,T则是比较明显的表现出运动员对训练负荷的适应状况和恢复能力。同时,T/C在第四次测试时有小幅度地升高,这表明运动员机能良好,对训练有一定的适应,但前三次T/C一直处于下降的状态,说明机体有疲劳积累,应进行适当调整。
This paper studied on comprehensive monitoring bodily functions of the women athletes who were preparing for the London 2012 Paralympic Games, in order to understand the changing rule of female athletes with disabilities physiological variation. The results showed that.①During the training period of HB, RBC, HCT showed those changing characteristics: Initial training, HB continued to decline, RBC and HCT began to decline in the second test. HB showed up in the third test, and reached a high level.②The variation of CK levels Changed during training, and the variation rate was not great. BUN changed regularity in the lower range of fluctuation, with basically the same a- mount of training changes. ③Aecumulation of fatigue condition could be significant indicators reflected C, T could be the obvious athletes demonstrated adaptation of the training load and recovery capabilities. Meanwhile, T / C at the fourth test had a small rise, which indicated good performance athlete, a certain adaptation of the training, but the first three time T / C has been in a degraded state, indicating the body of fatigue accumulation, should appropriate adj ustments.
