摘要
研究了超声波雾化去溶进样电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定地质样品中超痕量稀土元素含量的方法,稀土元素的检出限低达0.3~4pg/ml,能检测稀土总量为ng/g级的固体样品中的15个稀土分量。
A method for determining ultra-trace rare earth elements by using ICP-MS with ultrasonic nebulization has been improved and peformances of ultrasonic nebulization with desolvation have been presented. The detection limits of method are from 0.3 to 4pg/ml which are 20—100 times lower than that obtained by pneumatic nebulizer. Rare earth elemonts at ppb levols in ultrabasic rocks can be analyzed.
