摘要
本文简述了利用等离子体质谱法同时测定矿化水样中的铬、铜、锌、镍、镉、铅6个痕量元素的方法。本方法基于高分辨等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS),可不用化学分离富集同时测定矿化水样中的多个痕量元素,测定下限达1×10-10g/mL,测定的相对标准偏差小于3%。与国家一级标样比较,准确度优于5.1%。
This paper presents a method for determination of Cr,Cu,Cd,Zn,Ni and Pb in mineralized water samples by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP MS).With simple chemical pretreatment for the samples,these trace elements can be determined simultanously by ICP MS with lower determination limits,relative standard deviations and accuracy being better than 10 -10 g·mL -1 ,3% and 5.1% respectively.
