摘要
以磁改性海泡石(Mms)为吸附剂,以汉中市某铅锌冶炼企业综合生产废水为处理对象,以多指标综合评分法为综合处理效果评价方法,考察了Mms对铅锌冶炼复合重金属污染废水的处理效果,通过正交试验极差分析可以得出,Mms处理重金属废水的的影响因素主次顺序为Mms投加量>pH值>反应时间t。最佳试验条件Mms投加量为3.5 g/L,pH=4,反应时间为60 min,此时Pb2+、Zn2+、Fe2+、Fe3+、As3+、Cu2+、Cd2+的去除率依次为:83.69%、98.82%、97.35%、99.17%、99.62%、89.18%、96.3%。同时对吸附饱和的Mms的再生性能进行了研究。
The wastewater of lead and zinc smelter in Hanzhong was treatmented,with magnetic modified sepiolite as adsorbent.The comprehensive treatment effect was assessmented by orthogonal test design and grading method for multi-index.The results showed that the influential extent is:the dosing quantity of Mms > the pH > the reaction time,the best combination is:the dosing quantity of Mms is 3.5 g/L,pH of wastewater is 4 and the reactiontime is 60 minutes.Then,the removal rates of heavy metal ions such as Pb2+ 、Zn2+ 、Fe2+ 、Fe3+ 、As3+ 、Cu2+ and Cd2+ is 83.69%,98.82%,97.35%,99.17%,99.62%,89.18% and 96.3%.At last,the regeneration performance of the adsorption saturation Mms was studied.
