Optimizing Conditions for Determination of Lead and Arsenic in Cream Cosmetics by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS)

摘要 运用正交试验探讨优化了火焰原子吸收法测定膏霜类化妆品中铅砷的前处理条件。采用三因素三水平的正交试验设计,对于赶酸时间、过氧化氢与硝酸加入比例、消化时间三者甄选出最佳试验条件,测定膏霜类化妆品中铅、砷的含量。对于铅、砷的方法检出限分别为0.1 mg/L和1 mg/L,铅、砷的加标回收率分别为96.13%~101.38%、95.35%~101.83%,RSD值在0.5%~1.4%之间。 To approach and optimize pre-processing parameters, using orthogonal experiment with time of driving acid, the proportion of H2O2 to HNO3, digestion time as factors and three levels per factor, the best experimental conditions for deter mination of lead and arsenic in cosmetics were obtained. The contents of lead and arsenic in paste and cream type cosmetics were determined by FAAS. The detection limit of lead and arsenic by FAAS were 0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L, respectively. The recovery of lead and arsenic were between 96.13% and 101.38%, 95.35% and 101.83%, respectively, and the RSDs were in the range of 0. 5% to 1.4%.
