摘要 建立腐乳中痕量铅GFAAS测定方法。采用抗坏血酸为基体改进剂降低铅的原子化温度,分析元素在大量样品基体挥发前完成原子化;应用标准加入法,测量值在相同干扰情况下获得,两者结合能有效消除GFAAS测定腐乳中铅存在的大量样品基体干扰,使测定结果准确可靠。本方法检出限为0.05mg/kg,精密度2.3%~10.69/5,在5μg/L、10μg/L添加水平回收率为88.29/6~1169/6、97.89/5~120%。 Method for determination of trace lead in sufu by GFAAS was developed using standard addition method and ascorbic acid as matrix modifier to eliminate the matrix interference. Ascorbic acid was used as matrix modifier to reduce atomizing temperature,which resulted in Pb atomization before NaCl evaporation. Applied with standard addition method,Pb was :tetermined in similar interference conditions as a result,this method can eliminate the large amounte of interference caused by sample matrix when determinating Pb by GFAAS, the detective results were reliable and accurate. The detection limit was 0.05mg/kg,the relative standard deviation 2.3%-10.6%, recoveries at spike level of 5μg/L,10μg/L were 88.2-116%,97.8%-120% respectively.
