Design and Implementation of the Centralized Monitoring System for UPS Network

摘要 针对UPS分布式站点的机房多、管理负担重、工作量和工作强度大等问题。本文设计并实现了UPS网络集中监控系统,可以实现对众多品牌与型号的UPS网络实行集中监控,能够存储UPS详细历史数据并对异常情况进行报警,真正实现UPS的无人化管理,并以9390UPS为例介绍了其通讯协议和数据帧格式,以及软件设计过程。本系统减少了管理者的工作量和工作强度,有效管理了设备,提高了工作效益,降低了管理维护成本,并提高了系统的安全可靠性。 Aiming at the problems that the UPS distribution sites have a lot of machine room, heavy management load, large workload and heavy work strength and so on, this paper designs and realizes a UPS network centralized monitoring system. It can realize centralized monitoring of numerous brands and types of UPS network, store the UPS's detailed historical data and alarm for abnormal situation, achieve the unmanned management of UPS. Taking Eaton 9390UPS as the example, the paper introduces its communication protocol and data frame format, as well as the software design process. This system reduces the workload and work strength of the administrators, manages the equipment effectively, improves the work efficiency, reduces the management and maintenance costs, and improves the safety and reliability of the system.
