摘要
介绍了一种新开发的利用WinCC和OPC实现的远程监控配料生产系统。其中包括,OPC实现多种PLC控制,WinCC人机交互界面中的变量赋值和与Windows应用软件数据交互以及C/S和B/S混合模式下的网络监控设计。本系统已经应用到实际工厂中,至今运行稳定可靠。
This article describes a kind of remote monitor feedstuff production system basing on WinCC and OPC technology.It puts emphasis on the multi-PLC control by OPC,variables addressing and data exchange with windows applications in the WinCC human exchange interface and the network monitor system design based on C/S and B/S structure.The system has been equipped in real production factory,and operated very well until now.
