摘要
针对包钢120万t/a链篦机-回转窑氧化球团生产线生产过程中回转窑结圈的问题,分别对窑头、窑中、窑尾结圈物进行了取样和研究,包括结圈物固结强度、软熔性能、矿物组成和显微结构,探明了回转窑各段结圈形成的主要原因。窑头结圈主要是巴润矿中含K、Na的硅铝酸盐脉石和煤灰熔化而成的液相粘结粉末物料所致;窑中结圈主要是赤铁矿连晶固结所致,而煤灰与巴润矿中含Ca、Mg的硅酸盐脉石矿化而成的液相粘结粉末物料是加重结圈的重要原因;窑尾结圈主要是巴润矿中含K、Na的硅铝酸盐脉石以及脉石与FeO反应所形成的低熔点矿物熔化而成的液相粘结粉末物料所致。
In view of the rotary kiln ringing problems during production process of Baosteel 1.2 million t/a grate-kiln pelletizing line, the ring accretions in kiln discharge end, kiln middle and kiln feed end were sampled and studied, including consolidation strength, soft melting performance, mineral composition and microstructure of ring accretions, and the causes of ringforming have been investigated. The rings in kiln head are caused by powder materials bonded by liquid phase which comes from the melting of coal ashes and aluminosilicate gangue containing K and Na in Barun ores;The rings in kiln middle are caused by hematite crystal concretion, what is more, that the liquid phase which comes from the mineralization of coal ashes and silicate gangue containing Ca and Mg in Barun ores and binds the powder materials has aggravated ring-forming;The ring accretions in kiln feed end are caused by powder materials bonded by liquid phase which comes from the melting of low-melting-point minerals formed by aluminosilicate gangue containing K and Na in Barun ores and the reaction between FeO and the gangue.
