摘要
现代企业如何寻找、甄别、使用人才,成为企业生存与发展的核心。但是面对激烈的市场竞争,现代企业的人员招聘不同于传统模式,既要满足企业发展过程中对人才的需求,也要满足人才的合理流动,使人才在动态中保持与企业及岗位的匹配,这种匹配必须通过内外、上下、平行的流动进行合理的配置,以达到调整和改善现代企业人才的结构,保持充足的企业所需的人力资源,满足企业发展和创新的需要。实现这一目标,需要对企业的人才招聘从理念到实践层面的系统设计与改革。
At the core of enterprise survival and development are enterprises' abilities to hunt, select and utilize talents. Given the fierce market competition, talent recruitment of modern enterprises differs from traditional modes in that it should not only meet the enterprise demands for talents for development, but also satisfy the need of talented personnel mobility. Thus, tal- ents and positions of enterprises can be mutually matched. This match can be accomplished by means o[ outside-inside mobili- ty, high-position-low-position mobility and parallel mobility, aimed at adjusting and improving the personnel structure of an enterprise, and providing substantial human resources for enterprise development and innovation. To achieve this end, it is ad- visable to design and reform the system of talent recruitment in theory and practice.
