摘要
以聚氯乙烯为基体树脂,研究了不同用量的炭黑对聚乙烯抗静电复合材料的抗静电性能和力学性能。结果表明:炭黑用量在15份时,聚氯乙烯复合材料的抗静电性能显著地提高;聚氯乙烯抗静电复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度随着炭黑用量的增加而降低;而断裂伸长率先增加后减小。
The mechanical properties and antistatic properties of the composite prepared by means of blending polyvinyl chloride(PVC) with carbon black were investigated. The results showed that the antistatic property of PVC antistatic composite was best,when the content of carbon black; Impact strength and tensile Strength of PVC antistatic composite decreased with increasing carbon black content; elongation at break of PVC antistatic composite firstly increased and then decreased with increasing carbon black content.
